We chose Alaniz Construction based on our prior experience with them from an urgent (and significant) sheetrock repair job, Fernando and team exceeded our expectations by far. Fernando and his crew took on the conversion of a 17’x17’ covered concrete patio at the rear of my property into a heated and cooled four season room. Another home-run. From design to troubleshooting to framing, windows and doors, trim to paint, this “new room” may be the highest quality in our house. It not only looks great, but it was done on-time, on-budget, and the Alaniz team was awesome to work with. The best communication of any contractor I’ve ever used. They showed up, every day, ensured that we stayed on track, made excellent decisions, and felt like extended family. These guys are not only good. They’re dedicated, talented, quality-minded professionals who take their craft at the highest level.

Fernando and crew are amazing at what they do. Extraordinarily professional, accommodating, and good guys. They took great care of me and I appreciate their hard work.

Fernando’s Team showed up to work!! They were all very respectful and did nothing but work. Even when Fernando had to break away they did nothing but work and worked very hard and good. Took a lunch break and did it all day long til it was time to quit. Nothing more!! It’s obvious this is a Team that is being Lead not bossed!!

I would like to give a shout out to Alaniz Construction for an excellent job replacing the buckled tile in our kitchen area. The job was done with efficiency and precision. The men did an outstanding job protecting our house from the dust by covering the area with the plastic curtains. They also arranged for us to have access to our appliances and taped off areas for walking through safely. All this was done in a timely manner, even though they were also helping storm victims in our city. The gentlemen were courteous and accommodating. Actually it was a delightful experience. Five star rating!

Fernando worked on our bathroom and closet remodel. We could not be happier! He was always professional, showed up when he said he would and cleaned up when he left for the day and his work was excellent. Will be contacting him again the next time we decide to do more remodeling.

Phase 1 and 2 were completed with respect, patients and care. The crew was trust worthy and kind. They did a fabulous job and worked hard to get the job done on time. I can't wait to start phase 3.

Abilene had a bad storm and the storm tore up the corner of the roof. Called Alaniz construction and they took care of everything the biggest thing I like about the whole situation was they took the time to clean up after the job was done and they let me know the extent of the damage and reassured me that all will and would be taken care of. If you need anything done I highly recommend and suggest you give these guys a call!!!!!

Fernando is my neighbor and as soon as I moved in I found that I needed a lot of work, Fernando in his kindness came over and helped immediately with an emergency repair and I have hired him for several other jobs including a deck and new roof. His entire team are all kind and polite and overall wonderful to work with. Pricing is fair and beats every other company I have found so far. Will definitely hire again as soon as I'm ready for additional work.

Fernando with Alaniz Construction came in a replaced on old door we had in the back of our shop and installed this awesome door. Alaniz is a company you can trust for all your construction needs.

I meet Fernando at an event at 8pm at night, and needed help @ 9am the very next morning. He beat me to the site and superseded my expectations. Can’t want to work with again.
